Jeremy Morigeau, attorney for former Polson Police Chief Wade Nash, entered a not-guilty plea to a DUI charge on behalf of his client on April 26 in Justice Court. An omnibus hearing is scheduled for June 12 at 10:15 a.m..
According to the citation, early in the morning of April 8, Nash hit a parked vehicle in the 700 block of 12th St. E. in Polson. He was arrested on the scene, and refused a blood alcohol test.
Nash stepped down from his role as Polson Chief of Police a few days after the arrest and officially retired from the force on May 2.
