Day Shift

Deputies responded to the Hayden Walmart for a report of a possible DUI. Deputies located the vehicle as it was leaving the location and was stopped for a littering offense. The driver was arrested for DUI. The passenger, who was also intoxicated and on probation for a DUI was also arrested for a probation violation.

Deputies responded to a possible drugs call/overdose off of Hwy 53 near Hauser. The vehicle was located in the Hauser Smoke Shop. The driver was arrested for possession of felony drugs (Mexis), paraphernalia and DUI.

Deputies arrested a wanted person in Bayview after it was learned he was at his residence.

Deputies responded to a motorcycle crash at Seltice and Huetter. It was reported the motorcycle was doing wheelies in the area, but ended up crashing and suffered some minor injuries. The motorcycle sustained some moderate damage, but the rider’s ego was injured the most.

Deputies handled an unattended death call. Nothing suspicious noticed at the scene.

Evening Shift

Deputies responded to a family dispute in Dalton Gardens. A mother and daughter got into a physical altercation. As a result, the daughter was arrested for Aggravated Assault and her active warrant.

Deputies observed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart near Stateline. One occupant was contacted and another occupant fled back into the store. During the contact, drug paraphernalia was located in plain view. The occupant was issued citation for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. The second subject was not located.

Night Shift

Deputies assisted ISP with a traffic stop, after the trooper was almost hit by the vehicle. The driver was arrested for DUI by the trooper.
