Dear citizens of Kootenai County, you no longer have to worry about Idaho becoming like California because it has already happened. The other day while shopping at Ron’s in Athol I saw a lady pushing a baby carriage through the store with a little dog in it. Nothing screams California louder than that. I still can’t believe we let people bring their non service dogs into grocery stores.
