Kyle Manzardo, the former Lake City High and Washington State star, had a two-run single with two out in the top of the ninth inning for Peoria, which fell to the Surprise Segueros 6-5 in the Arizona Fall League Championship game on Saturday in Scottsdale, Ariz.

Northern Arizona d. Idaho 25-14, 25-21, 25-10: At Moscow, Hanah Stoddard, a redshirt freshman from Lake City High, had 15 kills, nine digs and two blocks for the Lumberjacks (6-19, 3-11 Big Sky) in a sweep of the Vandals (1-26, 0-15) at Memorial Gym. Taryn Vrieling had 12 kills for Idaho.
Northern Colorado d. Eastern Washington 26-24, 25-19, 24-26, 25-21: At Cheney, Sage Brustad had 13 kills and nine digs, Tanai Jenkins — a redshirt sophomore from Lake City High — three blocks for the Eagles (11-16, 5-10 Big Sky) in a loss to the Bears (15-10, 10-4) at Reese Court.
Pacific d. Gonzaga 25-16, 25-15, 18-25, 25-22: At Spokane, Maggie Rickert had 12 kills and two aces for the Bulldogs (3-22, 0-14 West Coast Conference) in a loss to the Tigers (17-9, 9-5) at the Martin Centre.
