MOSES LAKE — A happy elf and his directors from The Masquers stop by the studio to discuss “Elf: The Musical” which is coming up at the Soap Lake Theater. Managing Editor R. Hans “Rob” Miller and Senior Reporter Cheryl Schweizer talk to co-directors Clifford and Stacey Bresee and the star of the show, Clark Dalton, about putting on a Broadway show on a small stage, the positive impact of the Masquers and theater in general and a bit about the 45-year history of the troupe. There’s even a brief burst of song — fortunately by Dalton rather than Miller.
In sports, Moses Lake volleyball head coach Krystal Trammell joined Sports Reporter Ian Bivona to talk about the Mavericks' success on the court this past season, including numerous players named to all-league lists, Trammell being named co-Big 9 Coach of the Year and creating a positive culture around the program.

Licensing locations
COLUMBIA BASIN — There are three ways to buy a fishing license in Washington. Anglers can visit the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife website at fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov and order online, or they can call 360-902-2464 to order one. Online and phone orders may take seven to 10 days before you receive your license, according to the WDFW website, so the fastest way is to visit a licensed dealer. Here are the dealers in Grant and Adams counties:
