Currie, a senior from Lake City High, was named Frontier Conference Women's Golfer of the Week after finishing tied for second at the Beartooth Invitational in Laurel, Mont., on Oct. 3. Currie finished with a 20-over 236 (78-79-79) in a field of 51. It was her first weekly honor.

Sharples, a senior from Post Falls High, finished fifth in the 100-yard backstroke in the season opening dual with Idaho and Southwestern Oregon on Sept. 30 in Caldwell. Sharples finished in 1 minute, 9.86 seconds.
