Brad and Mary Corkill

50th Anniversary

Brad and Mary Corkill were married Sept. 15, 1973, in Beaverton, Ore. Brad worked in the timber industry for all of their 50 years together starting at the School of Forestry at Oregon State University and ending as the owners of Whiteman Lumber in Cataldo. Mary worked part-time as a medical lab technician.

They have two children, Dr. Emily Petersen of Coeur d'Alene who is married to Matt a professor at North Idaho College. They have two daughters, Violet and Frankie.

Their son, Nathan, is a retired fighter pilot, Marines and Colorado Air National Guard, who is married to Jennifer from Post Falls. They have a daughter, Etta, and a son, Sawyer. They live in Cataldo.
