Pacific women's soccer
Azzolini, a freshman midfielder from Lake City High,scored her first collegiate goal in the third minute to jump start Pacific of Forest Grove, Ore., to a 2-1 victory over Northwest Nazarene on Saturday. Azzollini has started in all four games of the season and has quickly become a leader both on and off the field. Pacific will then open Northwest Conference play on Saturday at George Fox in Newberg, Ore.

Lewis-Clark State women's golf
Currie, a senior from Lake City High, finished ninth in the Oregon Tech Invitational in Klamath Falls, Ore., shooting a 78-78—156. Lewis-Clark State finished third in the tournament.

Pearse, a redshirt sophomore tight end from Post Falls High, caught a six-yard touchdown pass, the eventual game-winner for the Orediggers in a 37-29 win over Central Washington last Saturday in Ellensburg, Wash. It was his first touchdown reception since moving from quarterback to tight end.

Mitchell, a graduate student setter from Lake City High, earned her second Western Athletic Conference Setter of the Week award for her performance at the Hawkeye Invitational last weekend. The GCU Division I-era career assists record holder also received this honor on Aug. 30 after her season debut at the Wake Forest Invitational. Mitchell notched weekend totals of 108 assists (9.82 assists per set), 18 digs (1.64 digs per set), 11.5 points, six service aces and five blocks and three kills to be named to the All-Hawkeye Invitationl team at Iowa. Mitchell's total of 3,753 Division I career assists ranks eighth nationally among active players.

Zanetti, a senior linebacker from Coeur d'Alene High, finished with one tackle, late in the fourth quarter of Saturday's win to preserve the NAIA Orediggers' win over the Division II Wildcats.

Whitcomb, a redshirt sophomore linebacker from Lake City, had four tackles, one for a loss and a 1/2 sack in the Orediggers win over Central Washington.
Chloe Teets
College of Idaho women’s soccer
Teets, a graduate student from Lake City High, set the school record for minutes played at 5,258 in the Yotes (4-1-1) in a match against Pacific in Caldwell on Sunday. Teets has two assists and two shots for the Yotes this season.
