Richard “Dick” Francis Moots, 89, died Sept. 11, 2023, in Moyie Springs, Idaho, at his home surrounded by his family.
Dick was born on Nov. 3, 1933, the son of John and Myrl Parker Moots in Lamberton, Minnesota.
Services will be announced at a later date.
