Kiemle Hagood announced Tom Villelli has joined its brokerage division. Villelli has been a licensed Realtor in Idaho for nine-plus years.

Villelli is a third-generation commercial Realtor and has lived in North Idaho for 37 years. His experience includes industrial, retail, office and multi-family.

“Tom’s expertise across multiple aspects of the industry lends to his knowledge of leasing and sales, specifically in North Idaho,” said a news release. “We are excited that Tom has joined our organization and we look forward to his future with us.”
