The church course hosts disc golf tourney

The first annual Stumptown Fish Toss was held at the Whitefish Assembly of God at what is commonly known as the church course. The course, which is free and open to the public, opened in 2017. Jacob Warwick was the winner of the tournament with a score of -11.
The day consisted of a scramble round in the morning, followed by lunch and an individual round. During the scramble the players enjoyed stations that served up pancakes, bacon, sausage and coffee with donuts. Competitors also took their chances in a closest to the pin competition to win a new bike that was donated by Montana E-Bikes.
Other sponsors of the event were Stumptown Snowboards, Runner Up Sports, Sportsmans, Craggy Range, Ciao Mambos and Darkside Fermenters.
