WALLACE — Carter Korff won the 100, long jump and triple jump, Rebecca Sedrook the shot put and discus and the Priest River boys and girls track and field teams both took home team titles from the Wallace Small School Meet held at Sather Field Athletic Complex on Tuesday.

Niki Porinchok won the shot put and the discus, Brayden Lammana the 800, and the Spartans swept all four relays in order to bring home the boys title.

For the girls, Haylee Jepson won the 300 hurdles, Ashlynn Korff the long jump, and Kylee Swoboda the high jump with a new personal record of five feet even. The Spartans’ 4x100 relay consisting of Haley Braae, Jepson, Jasmine Stark, and Korff took home a crucial victory in 55.56 seconds, just edging out Wallace, to help Priest River to the trophy.

Priest River will be back in action at the Timberlake Invitational this Friday.
