On Dec. 16, 2023, at 1 a.m., Margaret "Rusty" Ann Triplett, 96, went to heaven to live with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

She was Amazing! “A Real Legend.”

As the daughter of Emily and William Rust, she grew up in Minnesota on the farm, along with her brothers, Bobbie, Billy, Jim and Jean. She moved to Montana in 1965.

She enjoyed skiing, camping, sewing, gardening, walking and flowers. She was always concerned for others and enjoyed helping them out.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Rod Triplett, of 47 years.

She is survived by her children, Tom and Linda (Sylvan) Herset; grandchildren, Logan (Allison), Gauge, Laura, Wesley (Jessica) and Julie (JP) Rodriguez; great-grandchildren, Marlowe, Ella, Logan, Devon, Blaine, Sofia, and Axel.

A celebration of life service will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, May 10, at Faith Free Lutheran Church, 405 Liberty Street, Kalispell.

In honor of Margaret, gifts can be made out to the Veteran's pantry and Faith Free Lutheran Church.
