Milton Miller, 38, is employed at the Port of Moses Lake and is a resident of the same area. Within the port, he holds the position of director of facilities. 

Miller was nominated by Danielle Escamilla, who praised his ability to effectively utilize resources to drive economic development, make equitable decisions and prioritize the public good. 

Escamilla emphasized Miller’s understanding of the need to both maintain current facilities and expand them to accommodate future growth. He has built a reputation for his reliability and consideration towards others. Additionally, Miller actively participates in stakeholder groups focused on addressing land use issues with various municipalities.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Miller also engages in youth outdoor unlimited events and activities, demonstrating his commitment to community engagement and youth development.
