Moses Lake man booked after child abuse investigation

MOSES LAKE – Maxwell S. Homer was arrested by Grant County Sheriff’s Office Motor Crimes Detectives on Dec. 19 after a 10-month-long Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. A search warrant was then served at his home in the 3000 block of Road F-Northeast.  

Homer was lodged in Grant County Jail on suspicion of five counts of first-degree dealing in depictions of minors involved in sexually explicit conduct and two counts of first-degree voyeurism. The department received six separate tips regarding the case.  

Detectives were assisted by Grant County’s Interagency Narcotics Enforcement Team, Deputies from the Motor Traffic Unit, Washington State Patrol and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
