Seedings set for divisional tournaments

First-round pairings are in for this coming weekend’s two Divisional tournaments for schools in Sanders and Mineral counties.
In 7B play, the Thompson Falls boys and girls teams both advanced as number two seeds and this past weekend’s District 7B play.
The T Falls boys will face Florence-Carlton in a 9:45 a.m. game Thursday at Salish Kootenai College (SKC) in Pablo. The T Falls girls play the Florence-Carlton girls, also at SKC Thursday at 8:15 p.m.
Plains boys team, which finished third in the 7B District tourney, takes on Anaconda at SKC Thursday at 4:45 p.m., while the Plains girls drew Loyola Sacred Heart for a Thursday 6:30 encounter.
In District 14C play, St. Regis’ boys, winners of the 14C tournament and the number one seed that goes with it, play Valley Christian Thursday at 12:30 p.m. in the Divisional tourney in Frenchtown.
The number two seed Hot Springs girls, meanwhile, face West Yellowstone at 3:30 p.m. this Thursday, also in Frenchtown.
Hot Springs boys, the three seed from the 14C tourney, played this past Monday in a game vs Drummond in Alberton. And, the St. Regis girls, also a 14C three-seed played Lincoln also Monday in Alberton. Winners of those two games move on to the Divisional in Frenchtown.
