• ACADEMIC AWARDS

The Frontier Conference announced its Academic All-Conference team this week for the 2023 season. To be eligible, student-athletes must be at least a sophomore in standing and carry a minimum 3.25 cumulative GPA. Among the football honorees were: Gunner Giulio (Coeur d'Alene High, so., Carroll); Jack Prka (Coeur d'Alene, jr., Carroll); Wyatt Sanford (Coeur d'Alene, so., Carroll); Josiah Shields (Post Falls, jr., College of Idaho); Zach Clark (Post Falls, so., Montana Tech); Derek Pearse (Post Falls, sr., Montana Tech) and Matthew Whitcomb (Lake City, so., Montana Tech). Ellie Carlson (Lakeland, so., Providence) was named for volleyball.
