Sorensen Magnet School of the Arts and Humanities Principal Brett DePew sails down Boyd Hill during the school's first "Gaining Momentum" sled day Friday morning. The day was a celebration of the school year's half-way mark, as well as an opportunity for third graders to see the concepts of force and motion in action.
