Help Every Little Paw's 12th annual Bartenders' Ball will return to the Coeur d'Alene Casino at 6 p.m. March 2.

This charity-sponsored event raises much-needed funds to support H.E.L.P.'s mission, which is to rescue and provide medical care, spay/neuter services, rehabilitation and food for abandoned or neglected animals.

The Bartenders' Ball will feature gourmet appetizers and a sampling of cocktails provided by caterers, chefs and bartenders from several favorite local businesses. Guests will have opportunities to vote for their favorites. The evening will also entail giveaways, silent auctions and special entertainment, music and a live DJ provided by Ruby Frog Entertainment. Participants will be announced on the Help Every Little Paw Facebook page.

Attendees are encouraged to bring pet food. For every 10 pounds of food, guests will receive a ticket for a chance to win prizes worth over $500. The more food, the more chances to win.

Tickets are $50 in advance, $90 for couples and $55 at the door the night of the event.
