Managing Editor Rob Miller is a 4-year U.S. Army veteran who grew up in Western Montana in a community about the size of Soap Lake. MOSES LAKE — Sue Kane, CEO of the NCW Tech Alliance, a nonprofit that works to help its members and the communities it serves leverage technology for better quality of life, among other things, cuts the ribbon at the organization’s new location on the Big Bend Community College campus located at 1000 Bolling St. NE in Moses Lake.
