MOSES LAKE — Mike Jackson, a retired city manager, has been selected as the interim city manager for Moses Lake. Jackson’s appointment was announced by the city Tuesday.
Jackson will replace Kevin Fuhr, who retired at the end of June to focus on his health. According to the city's announcement, Jackson will be working as the interim while Moses Lake City Council members recruit a permanent replacement.
Jackson worked as the interim city manager in Sheridan, Wyo., and worked in administration and management for the cities of Chelan and Spokane Valley.
“He will be focused on the day-to-day operations of the city as well as the development of the 2025 city budget,” the city wrote in the announcement.
