Cripps, a junior infielder from Post Falls High, started 51 games for the Boll Weevils, batting .263 (47 for 179) with 21 runs scored and eight doubles. Arkansas-Monticello went 35-24, falling in the Division II Super Regionals to Central Missouri.

Ryan, a 6-5 rising senior opposite hitter from Lakeland High, was named Junior of the Year and Female Teammate of the Year during the Cougar Sports Awards. Ryan started in 33 of 34 matches for the Cougars (26-8) in 2023, finishing with 281 kills, 39 digs and 84 blocks.
