Ephrata's Grandview Heights impacted by sewer outage
STAFF REPORT | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 1 year, 5 months AGO
EPHRATA —The city of Ephrata asked residents in the Grandview Heights neighborhood not to flush toilets, run washing machines or take other actions that put waste into the city’s sewer system Monday afternoon for a few hours.
Backup issues in the area caused a problem north and west of the intersection of Statter and Maringo roads. City staff worked to address the issue as quickly as they were able and service was restored to the neighborhood at about 3:30 p.m.
