MATTAWA — Ephrata High School welding students had the opportunity to visit with Grant County Public Utility District staff and see what it looks like to put welding skills to work during a trip to Priest Rapids Dam earlier this week. Throughout the Grant and Adams counties, many high school students learn technical skills like welding through technical skills programs.
