This week's athlete of the week is Shane Sherrill of Sandpoint boys wrestling.
Shane recently capped off his high school career with a third place finish at the 4A IHSAA Wrestling State Championship. In the 138-pound bracket, he picked up four wins – two by pin, two by decision en route to bronze. During his senior season he finished with an impressive 41-8 record.
