All terms are for three years. The vote totals listed below are preliminary.

In Libby, two incumbents - Bgee Zimmerman and Rob Delmas claimed two of the three available seats while Katie Benjamin won the third.

Zimmerman had the most votes with 1,437. Delmas had 1,271 and Benjamin had 971.

Roberta McCanse was fourth with 868 votes.

In Troy, incumbent Carol Parsons grabbed one of two seats with 490 votes. Mark Radzwion won the other seat with 358 votes. Third place finisher Lawrence Dolezal had 331 votes.

For Eureka School District 13, Bob Cuffe collected 708 votes while Michael Sage had 566 to claim both open seats.

For Trego School District 53, Clara May Crawford had 69 votes to best Samantha McClary for the one open seat.

In Fortine, both candidates, Kevin Talcott and Alan J. Erwert, won by acclimation. That was the case for Pamela Fuqua for the Yaak trustee position, Veronica D. Langton for McCormick and Fawnette R. Richard for Trego.

Lincoln County Elections Administrator Melanie Howell said in a statement to The Western News that the elections went smoothly.

“These ballots were all hand counted as each school had a resolution for the method of election and we generally want to hand count for smaller elections,” Howell said. “Each school had some extremely amazing judges that worked very diligently on getting accurate counts to me as the night went on. I am very pleased on how smoothly things went and very thankful for all of our election judges and the wonderful clerks at each of the schools for their parts in yesterdays election.”
