Eggers, Grossman lead Eagles to Big Sky-Summit League sweep
VERMILLION, S. Dakota — The fourth quarter is where the excitement is for Eastern Washington women's basketball as they complete another comeback. Eastern defeated South Dakota 67-63 on Saturday afternoon to go 2-0 in the Big Sky-Summit League Challenge. The Eagles improve to 5-4 on the season, while USD falls to 8-2.
Eagles fall to Sacramento State, focus on Senior Day finale
CHENEY – Eastern fell in straight sets to Sacramento State on Wednesday night, according to a statement from EWU athletics. The Eagles were led by Kalista Lukovich and Alyssa Radke with seven kills apiece, while Elle Bruegman anchored the defense with 14 digs. Eastern also continued to showcase one of its season-long strengths at the net, out-blocking the Hornets 9–3 with seven solo blocks.

ELLENSBURG — Central Washington University Women's Basketball senior guard Asher Cai opened the 2025-26 season with a big splash at the CCAA-GNAC Crossover to garner her the GNAC Women's Basketball Player of the Week the conference announced Monday afternoon.
