This week's athlete of the week is Blayne Kanning of Sandpoint boys lacrosse.
During the IHSLL North Regional Playoffs, Blayne scored five goals against Spokane Valley and five goals against Coeur d'Alene to lift the Bulldogs to an unlikely state championship berth. He officially ended his senior season with an impressive 38 goals and 15 assists.
