Beware of scammers trying to get your information

We received a call from someone who said that they were from DISH Network. The person said they had a new program for our TV which would replace our old program. They asked to get information regarding our TV. To be paid for this, they wanted our credit card number, which we refused, and hung up.

I called our DISH network and asked if they had received similar calls regarding this scam, which they said they had. So beware!
