Richard 'Dick' Fedash, 100

Richard “Dick” Fedash passed away peacefully in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, on Oct. 17, 2024, at 100 years old. Dick was born April 18, 1924, the oldest of three children in Streator, Ill. After his father passed, Dick was the head of the household for his mother and two younger siblings.

Dick owned and operated several businesses and property investments until his retirement in the 1980s. He moved to the area in 1981.

In his off time, Dick enjoyed snowmobiling, water skiing, boating and traveling. Dick traveled to many places all over the world. When traveling, Dick enjoyed visiting historical sites, buildings and museums. He liked reading the newspaper, watching TV and discussing his many travel experiences.

Dick is survived by nine children, 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
