Two bicycles were abandoned in the 700 block of N. Fourth Avenue at 8:03 a.m. 

Report of vagrancy in the Fifth Avenue area at 8:12 a.m. 

Report of disorderly conduct on Fir Street at 10:18 a.m. 

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 10:43 a.m. 

Report of an unspecified misdemeanor warrant arrest on S. Division Avenue at 12:07 p.m.

An officer was dispatched to the 477200 block of Highway 95 in reference to a citizen assist at 2:20 p.m. 

An officer was dispatched to a civil standby on Emerald Industrial Park Road at 2:22 p.m. 

Report of a 911 hang-up on Highway 95 at 4:30 p.m. 

Oct. 30 

Katherine R. McLaughlin, 32, of Sandpoint was arrested in the area of Highway 200 and McGhee Road in Kootenai at 12:01 a.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Gregory Street at 10:05 p.m.
