Judith "Judy" Ann Skinner, 84, of Moses Lake passed away Oct. 11, 2024.
Judy was born Oct. 3, 1940, in Spokane, Wash., to Norman and Dorothy Perring. Judy graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in Spokane in 1958 and attended Washington State University, Seattle University and Central Washington University. Judy is survived by her husband of 59 years, children, grandchildren and sister.
A celebration of life service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Nov. 16, 2024, at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 1020 S. A St., Moses Lake. In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to the PEO Emergency Assistance Fund.
