The reports below were provided by the sheriff's office or police department indicated. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Ephrata PD

Nov. 1 

Report of verbal disturbance in 100 block of First Avenue NW. Reporting person said male suspect was intoxicated and trying to fight people in business. Reporting person said suspect was outside business entrance.  

Report of online harassment. Reporting party said unknown subject she met online was making threats towards her.  

Nov. 2 

Report of traffic problem in the 16000 block of Railroad Street NW. Reporting party said suspicious vehicle was parked near the business. Reporting person confronted driver and driver fled at a high speed.  

Report of agency assist with Everett Police Department. There was a single vehicle, abandoned collision. Vehicle owner was contacted and said they had sold vehicle. New owner information obtained.  

Report of cold hit and run in 100 block of C Street SW. Reporting party said his neighbor saw his vehicle hit by another vehicle. Reporting party confirmed his vehicle was hit.  

Nov. 3 

Report of vehicle parked on railroad tracks with nobody around. Upon arrival, suspect was walking back to his car. Suspect strongly warned for parking on tracks.  

Report of graffiti in 200 block F Street NE. Quincy PD said two subjects referenced fresh graffiti. Suspect one was gone by Ephrata PD arrival. Suspect two transported back to residence. Victim did not want to press charges.  

Nov. 4 

Report of cold theft. Reporting party said his backpack full of emergency equipment was stolen from truck on Hilltop Drive SE. 

Report of two vehicle collision. Vehicle one was southbound on Basin Street SW. Driver one said he was distracted and did not notice traffic stopped. Vehicle two stopped for traffic. Driver one tried to swerve and avoid collision but side swiped vehicle two.  

Nov. 5 

Report of theft of dog at business on Nat Washington Way. Reporting party called saying her dogs got out of her car and she found two of them but couldn’t find third. Business gave the dog to another woman because she claimed it was hers.  

Nov. 6 

Report of malicious mischief and theft on C Street NW. Unknown male suspect rode bike up to businesses van and cut fuel line, taking/spilling approximately three gallons of gas. Video obtained and charges to be pursued if suspect identified.  

Report of two motorized bicycles stolen on D Street NE. Two suspects observed scouting the bikes earlier in night, suspects came back, cut cable lock and took bikes. Each bike is worth around $500. 

Moses Lake PD 

Nov. 2 

Report of stolen vehicle abandoned on private property on West Lakeside Drive.

Report of two suspects under ringing around $300 worth of merchandise and attempting to leave business on N. Stratford Road. Charges to be filed. 

Report of wires under the hood of his vehicle being cut at N Saratoga Way.

Report of theft of vehicle. Reporting party sold truck to subject and did not receive payment.  

Report of BB gun found outside the sleep center by fence. Police took BB gun for safekeeping and logged it into property. 

Reporting party said he was driving down the road when objects were thrown at him from the vehicle in front of him. Police checked area and unable to locate vehicle.

Report of physical domestic on W Nelson Road. Police arrested male suspect for second-degree assault – domestic violence and booked into Grant County Jail. 

Nov. 3 

Report of a juvenile female hanging with friends of friends and ended up driving with gang members who were in a confrontation with rivals and guns were displayed. Victim wanted to leave and believed the ones from earlier were coming after her so she fled on foot and called 911.  

Report of vehicle one rear-ending vehicle two on W Prichard Road. 

Report of purse stolen inside store on N Stratford Road. As police arrived, reporting party had purse and stated someone turned purse in. No items missing. 

Report of overdose on E Hill Ave and S Juniper Drive. Male subject seen breathing, declined medical assistance.

Nov. 1 

Todd Shane Homer, 38, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Jasilynn Rose Schilling, 21, Grand Coulee, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Nov. 2 

Felipe Cisneros Perez, 44, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree child molestation and indecent exposure.  

Nov. 3 

Gabriel Amaro Tiburcio, 32, Mattawa, booked on felony eluding, DUI and hit and run. 

Carin Le Hallock, 60, Ephrata, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.  

Nov. 4 

Isaiah Joshua Thomas, 27, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree murder. 

Nov. 5 

Scott Brandon Calhoun, 37, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for second-degree taking of motor vehicle. 

Osvaldo Jesus Villalobos, 26, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court case for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft. 

Juan Jose Gonsalez, 38, Moses Lake, booked on second-degree computer trespassing and three Grant County District Court warrants for protection order violation, operating a vehicle without ignition interlock and failure to appear on case regarding operating vehicle without ignition interlock and third-degree driving with license suspended. 

Dario Gonzalez Perez, 44, Mattawa, booked on second-degree assault with a deadly weapon and felony harassment.  

Jannetta Mable Johnson, 56, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for driving under the influence.  

Sergio Guadalupe Chipres, 27, Moses Lake, booked on violation of no contact order.  

Nov. 6 

Jason Earl Klein, 34, Moses Lake booked on second-degree rape of child, third-degree rape of child and two counts of first-degree incest.
