The reports below were provided by the sheriff's office or police department indicated. All suspects are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. 

Ephrata PD 

Nov. 7 

Report of person receiving threats via social media. Reporting person said address was leaked online and people are threatening to SWAT the house.  

Report of cold hit and run in 100 block First Avenue NW. Reporting person said damage was found on the vehicle while parked in the parking lot. 

Report of non-injury collision in 300 block of Basin Street SW. Vehicle one backed into vehicle two and caused reportable damage to both vehicles. 

Nov. 8 

Report of unknown suspect stealing reporting person's wallet from vehicle overnight on First Avenue NE. Unknown suspect spent money at several businesses. Reporting party to pursue charges if suspect identified.  

Report of cold theft. Unknown suspect cut several wires and copper pipes from residence. 

Report of graffiti in bathroom of business in the 300 block of Basin Street SW.  

Report of suspect switching tags at business on Nat Washington Way. Suspect attempted to steal around $50 worth of merchandise. Suspect not trespassed. 

Report of suspect driving down SR 28 the wrong way. Suspect pulled over by Washington State Patrol and refused instructions. Police placed spike strips in front of rear tires. Suspect then drove away, deflating both back tires. Suspect drove around 200 yards before stopping.  

Report of Grant County Sheriff’s Office in pursuit of a stolen vehicle heading toward Ephrata. Ephrata PD units tried to use spike strips as pursuit went through town. Vehicle last seen on SR 28 toward Quincy when GCSO discontinued.  

Report of suspect placing items in bags at business on Nat Washington Way. Suspect stopped and booked for second-degree theft and theft with special circumstances. Total amount around $1,200. 

Report of two victims at a football game. When they went into the bathroom, suspect was there by himself. Suspect told victims he had a gun. Victim one and victim two left and then went back into bathroom. Suspect came at victims with a knife. Suspect cornered victim two with knife saying it was a joke.  

Nov. 9 

Report of vehicle stopped for 35 miles per hour in 25 mph zone. Suspect found to be third-degree driving with license suspended and speed infraction.  

Nov. 10 

Report of officer in 2000 block of North Basin Street seeing vehicle with no headlights. Officer did U-turn and stopped vehicle. Suspect appeared to be under the influence. Suspect booked into Grant County Jail for third-degree driving with license suspended and DUI. 

Report of theft in 200 block of Second Avenue NW. Reporting person said two suspects were in blue bin outside of business picking out clothes. Suspects were gone on police arrival. However, police found suspects matching description in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue SW. Male suspect denied. 

Report of driver parking vehicle and hitting light pole. Vehicle front passenger bumper dented, no apparent damage to pole.  

Report of theft. Off-duty police officer saw subject grab items out of truck and put them inside his vehicle. Subject said he was grabbing his wife’s items. Story was corroborated, no crime. 

Nov. 11 

Report of burglary in 1600 block Basin Street SW. Reporting party said someone over the weekend cut fiber line and forced entry into tackle vending machine.  

Nov. 12 

Report of cold fight in 300 block of Fourth Avenue NW. Reporting party called to advise of fight with weapon. Parties separated on police arrival. No charges filed, school to handle disciplinary action. 

Report of theft in 2100 block of Basin Street SW. Reporting party said someone stole his motorhome. Title holder contacted and said he gave motorhome to the owner of storage complex.  

Report of cold theft at business on Nat Washington Way. Unknown suspect stole a portable JBL speaker worth around $270. Suspect selected items, concealed in backpack and exited without paying.  

Nov. 13 

Report of gang-related graffiti on the alley side of a building on Road 5 NW. Reporting person just wanted it documented and to let police know people are possibly trespassing at night. 

Report of juvenile receiving threats from suspect. Suspect sent her a Snapchat with him holding a pink and black gun saying he was going to be violent at school and reporting party would be the first to go. Suspect contacted at his residence and arrested for felony harassment.

Marcos Franklin Trevino, 31, Quincy, booked on Chelan County bench warrant. 

Joshua Thomas Keener, 25, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court Warrant for failure to appear in case regarding possession of stolen vehicle.  

Jenifer Lovos Diaz, 22, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Daniele Rae Wick, 35, Soap Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief.  

Nov. 8 

Yevstafiyev Babak Mihail, 45, Lynwood, booked for Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear on case regarding operating vehicle without ignition interlock and driving with license suspended. 

Rachael Pamela Ward White, 37, Malaga, booked on second-degree theft, retail theft and possession of a controlled substance. 

Roman Isaiah Valdez, 26, Moses Lake, booked on Department of Correction Secretary Warrant for first-degree attempted robbery. 

Tiffany Amanda Long, 42, Quincy, booked on Grant County District Court failure to appear on DUI case.  

Luis Cardenas Gonzales, 20, Moses Lake, booked on mandatory DUI.  

Nov. 9 

Francisco Buenrostro, 38, Quincy, booked on protection order violation – domestic violence. 

Ronald Duane Downey, 56, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court for failure to register as a sex offender and reckless driving.  

Sebastian Hernandez Sanchez, 31, Othello, booked on Grant County District Court DUI. 

Francisco Vargas Villa, 28, Moses Lake, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence. 

Russell Darold Pick, 50, Moses Lake, booked on interfering with a healthcare facility, third-degree malicious misconduct, disorderly conduct and Grant County District Court warrant for second-degree criminal trespassing.  

Damion Tyerell Hanson, 27, Ritzville, booked on DUI, third-degree driving with license suspended and operating vehicle without ignition interlock.  

Secundino Eusevio Santos, 63, Royal City, booked on DUI and Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear in case regarding no valid operation license.  

Nov. 11 

Colby Allen Thompson, 40, Spokane, booked on first-degree criminal trespassing. 

Miguel Angeles Victoriano, 39, Quincy, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence with sexual motivation.  

Nov. 12 

Alberto Martinez, 41, Moses Lake, booked on Marshall's Warrant and new charges of violation of Uniform Controlled Substances Act.  

Eric George Gordon, 44, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court warrant for two counts of second-degree assault – domestic violence and Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear on cases regarding violation ignition interlock and DUI. 

Saul Mendez Gonzalez, 31, Wenatchee, booked on violation of no contact, protection, restraining order violation. 

Felipe Jesus Flores, 44, Moses Lake, booked on residential burglary and Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear in cases regarding third-degree driving with license suspended and operating a vehicle without an ignition interlock.  

Marissa Inez Garcia, 35, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear on cases regarding third-degree theft, DUI, resisting arrest and obstructing a law enforcement officer.  

Lauren Patricia Hunt, 35, Crescent Bar, booked on fourth-degree assault – domestic violence.  

David Wayne Goddard, 54, Dayton, booked on Columbia County Superior Court warrants for failure to appear for cases regarding felony stalking, felony cyber harassment, possession of stolen motor vehicle, first-degree trafficking stolen property, intimidating a witness, cyber harassment and felony violation of a court order.  

David A McVay, 19, Moses Lake, booked for failure to obey police officers.  

Nov. 13 

Luis Carlos Perez, 25, Ephrata, booked on Grant County District Court warrant for failure to appear. 

Santone Michael Pocan, 38, Moses Lake, booked for unlawful imprisonment, attempting to elude, fourth-degree assault – domestic violence, interfering with reporting domestic violence, third-degree malicious mischief – domestic violence and Grant County District Court warrant for operating vehicle without ignition interlock. 

Taylor Devin Reid, 38, Moses Lake, booked on Grant County Superior Court warrant for three counts of second-degree burglary and three counts of third-degree theft. 

Talan Goggels-Obendorf, 19, Grand Coulee, booked on Grant County Superior Court juvenile case for two counts of second-degree assault and felony harassment with threats to kill.  

Howard Kwong, 55, Moses Lake, booked on patronizing a prostitute.
