EXTENSION – Approved the Winter Maintenance Proposal from Lippert Excavation & Pipeline, Inc. for the Bonner County Extension Office parking lot with the snowplow rate of $130.00 per hour and sidewalk snow removal rate of $130.00 per hour with a ¼ hour minimum and allow the Chairwoman to sign. Approved the University of Idaho, Cooperative Agreement for University of Idaho Extension Programs and allow the Chairman to sign the amended agreement, #3, the operating budget such that it says the County will provide $155,339.45 and have the Chair sign post amendment. SOLID WASTE – Awarded Pacific Steel and Recycling the contract for the removal of the metal piles at the Dickensheet, Idaho Hill and Colburn sites for the 2024-2025 fiscal year. Pacific Steel and Recycling has agreed to pay Bonner County $93.00 per ton. carries. EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT – Approved Resolution #24-75 declaring an emergency pursuant to Idaho Code 46- 1011(1) for the Ponderosa Terrace Estates within Bonner County, created by a lack of water creating an imminent threat to public health and safety. This declaration will remain in effect for at least 60-days or until such time as the BOCC receives information that the emergency is rectified. AIRPORT – Approved this lease assignment for Lot 2 at Priest River Airport and the Chairwoman signed administratively. Adopted this process for selecting airport lot lessees. BOCC – The board returned to allowing comment on each agenda item.
