Care-N-Share now accepting applications
NED NEWTON | Hagadone News Network | UPDATED 1 year, 1 month AGO
The Senior Hospitality Center is accepting applications for its Care-N-Share Christmas Program, now through Dec. 4.
Applications can be picked up from the Senior Hospitality Center or accessed from its Facebook page.
The program is eligible to low-income community members who can’t afford to buy gifts for their children. Once the Care-N-Share application is filled out and approved, those who are able will pitch in to make sure each kid gets the right holiday gift.
Starting in December, the program will be accepting donations at the Wells Fargo Bank, the Mountain West Bank, the EL Internet Northwest building, the Senior Hospitality Center and the Care-N-Share address: 515014 Hwy 95. For questions, reach out to Linda Lederhos, Senior Center CEO, at (208) 290-1483.
“Our town is amazing, how everyone comes through every year,” Lederhos said. “99.9 percent of the money that comes through for Care-N-Share goes directly to the kids."
