In what will likely be the first of more honors to come for Thompson Falls multi-sport standout Bryson LeCoure, selection to the Montana B-11 (player) football team will be hard to beat.

LeCoure, one of three Blue Hawks players chosen for the B-11 All-State and Western All-Conference teams, was chosen as a member of the 2024 All-state team for his outstanding play in several different positions.

LeCoure also made the Western Conference offensive and defensive squads, as an all-around athlete on offense and first team for his play at linebacker.

Joining LeCoure on the post-season honor roles were teammates Bryson McCormick, a senior who made the second team all-conference roster as an offensive lineman and as a linebacker.

Rounding out the T Falls selections was senior Ian Myers, who was named to the conference first team as a kick returner.

Conference champion and state runner-up Florence placed eight players on the first and second team offensive list and had seven players chosen for the first and second team defensive teams.

Eureka had six offensive and seven defensive players on the All-conference rosters.

Florence-Carlton had four all-state selections, while Eureka and Missoula Loyola had two each on the all-state team.

Thompson Falls qualified for the Divisional tournament by finishing fourth in the highly competitive 7B district.  The Blue Hawks lost in the first round of the playoffs to eventual state champion Malta, which beat Manhattan this past weekend, 13-8.
