Jimmy Dean Wheeler, 70, passed away Sept. 27, 2024 in Plains.
Jim was born on March 25, 1954, in Connell, Washington to Dan Wheeler and Hazel Hill. He attended school in Tillamook, Oregon. In 1982, he married Cynthia Michaud.
Jim served in the Army National Guard from 1980 to 1986.
Jim worked at several mechanic shops throughout the northwest and was a professional cook in many restaurants, including The Talking Bird in St. Regis. He retired 2016.
Jim enjoyed cars, racing, 4-wheeling in the mountains with his grandkids and family.
Jim is survived by his children, Lisa Lovelace of St. Regis, MT., Travis (Barbara) Michaud of Ronan, MT. His sisters Linda (Roy) Hill of Plains, MT and Cheri (Bill) Yount of Florence, MT, and Brother Jeff Martin of St. Regis MT. His five grandchildren; Dillion (Jasmine) Morales, James (Anne-Marie) Morales, Kane Spoon, Damian Spoon, and Sadie Michaud, and five great-grandchildren; Aspyn, Kayden, Mayvis, Aeva, and Maya, as well as many nieces and nephews.
