The annual play produced by Northwoods Performing Arts is “Mandate for Murder” written by Pat Cook and directed by Jennifer Miles.

"Mandate” takes a stab at politics which, in itself, can be murder! Clues and suspects are all over the stage in this frenetic political satire, and the audience will not know who they can trust or WHO might be guilty of the heinous murder!

After a successful opening weekend, additional “Mandate” performances are scheduled for Oct. 11-12 and 18-19. Oct. Tickets are $35 per person for dinner shows or $14 for just the show. Senior and youth tickets are $12.

The doors open at 5:30 p.m., dining service begins at 6:30 p.m. and the curtain opens at 7:30 p.m.

For tickets and reservations, call 208-448-1294, go online to northwoodsperformingarts.com; or stop by Seeber’s Pharmacy in Newport, Wash.

Circle Moon Theater is located on Highway 211, 3 1/2 miles north of Highway 2.
