Cross country competes in Helena

The Columbia Falls cross country teams competed at the Helena 7 on 7 meet last week. The meet is different than other races, as it consists of seven races.

On the girls’ side, Mya Badger was 23rd in race No. 1 with a 21.55. In race No. 2 Chloe Savoy took eighth with a 20.26. Marissa Schaeffer competed in race No. 3 with a 21.17 and in race No. 4 Ashley Andrews took eighth with a 20.43.
On the boys side, in race No. 1, River Blazejewski was 37th with a 21.55. Blazejewski is coming off an injury. In race No. 2 Lucas Peterson took 30th with a 18.37 and in race No. 3 Oliver Kress had a nice run with a 17.32, taking 14th. 

In race No. 4 Griffin LaRoque took 14th with a 17.43.
