SANDPOINT — It promises to be a hauntingly fun time.
The Little Theater of Horrors — a collaboration between the Panida Theater and Nova High School — is a haunted house experience kicking off Thursday and continuing through Oct. 31.
Nova High School students created a dark maze within the Panida Little Theater and groups or individuals may enter at their own risk, Katelyn Shook, Panida event coordinator, said.
"It's filled with mad characters who may or may not be lurking around every corner you and your friends take in this dim, foggy and spooky space," Shook said.
The Little Theater of Horrors is not for the easily spooked, with loud noises and flashing lights, Shook said. Participants are advised to be aware — and prepared — before they enter.
For younger attendees who may not want such a fright, there will be a room in front of slightly spooky things where parents and children can explore tactile fun and get refreshments.
The Little Theater of Horrors will be open Oct. 24-31 from 5 to 8 p.m. Admission is only at the door; the cost is $5 for those under 14 years old and $10 for 14 and over.
