The Daily Inter Lake is bringing readers a series of candidate profiles for local races ahead of the Nov. 5 election.
Democrat Debo Powers, a retired teacher, is hoping to return to the Legislature after filling a vacancy for House District 3 in 2019. This year, in a race for a newly redrawn House District 3, Powers is squaring off against Republican Cathy Mitchell.
Powers joined Inter Lake reporter Kate Heston from her home near Polebridge to answer questions about her stances and policies.
