25-year-old arrested after alleged vehicle theft, crossing county lines

PASCO – Dispatch reported a pursuit with a dark-colored BMW conducted by Franklin County Sheriff’s Office Deputies heading towards Adams County. The Adams County Sheriff’s Office released a statement regarding the incident. 


The female driver, Natalie Ingrid Make Parsadanian, 25, from Finley was reportedly armed with a shotgun and had threatened “suicide by cop.”  


However, as Make Parsadanian entered Adams County, she crashed and was taken into custody by the Pasco Police Department. She was arrested on charges of robbery and motor vehicle theft. 


The investigation is ongoing by the Pasco Police Department. The PPD is asking anyone with information to call the department at 509-545-3421.
