MOSES LAKE — On this week’s episodes of the Big Sky Now podcast, the panel of Josh Amick, Fritz Neighbor and Jon Allen of the Daily Inter Lake, Mark Nelke of the Coeur d’Alene Press and Ian Bivona of the Columbia Basin Herald break down recent headlines among football teams in the Big Sky.

On Tuesday’s episode, the panel breaks down Idaho State holding on for an overtime win over Sacramento State, Jack Layne returning to the Idaho lineup to lead the Vandals to a win over Eastern Washington, Montana using two quarterbacks in its win over Northern Colorado and which Big Sky team benefitted the most from having a bye last week. 

In the Thursday episode, the panel previews upcoming matchups between Weber State and Northern Arizona, Montana State and Eastern Washington and Portland State taking on Sacramento State.

MOSES LAKE -- The Big Bend Community College Vikings continued their impressive run, opening East Region conference play with a hard-fought 63-55 victory over Wenatchee Valley College on January 8th at the DeVries Activity Center. Coming off a strong 11-4 preseason, the Vikings showed their resilience in a game featuring dominance and late drama.
