St. Regis gets in the Halloween spirit with annual Fall Festival.

    The weather during the Fall Festival was starkly different from last years event where it snowed and children had to bundle up due to freezing temperatures. This year people could even wear short sleeves. (Mineral Independent/Amy Quinlivan)
