ORDINANCE 619 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 618 ENTITLED THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2024, APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $22,298,722.00 TO DEFRAY THE EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF BONNERS FERRY, FOR SAID FISCAL YEAR, AUTHORIZING A LEVY OF SUFFICIENT TAX UPON THE TAXABLE PROPERTY AND SPECIFYING THE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES FOR WHICH SUCH APPROPRIATIONS ARE MADE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the City of Bonners Ferry, Boundary County, Idaho WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance 618 entitled Annual Appropriation Ordinance on September 4, 2024. Ordinance 618, Section 3 listed a general levy amount of $734,192.00. An amendment is necessary to correct a clerical error to that amount reflecting the corrected amount of $736,000.00. Section 1. NOTICE OF FEE INCREASE  BOUNDARY COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS FACILITIES    The Boundary County Fair Board has proposed to increase its rental fees for users of all fairground facilities and fair booth fees by an amount that exceeds 4.99% but not to exceed 25% of the amount currently collected. A complete list of the proposed fee increase is available at the Fair Board office.     All citizens are invited to attend a public hearing to be held at the Boundary County Fairgrounds in the Fair Office Board Room, located at 6567 Recreation Park Rd., Bonners Ferry, Idaho, on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at the time of 5:30 PM.
