ECBID to hold public meeting

MOSES LAKE — The East Columbia Basin Irrigation District Board of Directors will hold a public meeting to present recommendations for allocating the remaining acres served by the public Odessa Groundwater Replacement Program system.
The meetings will be Sept. 13 from 1-2:30 p.m. at 401 South Balsam St., Moses Lake. According to the ECBID press release the meeting is open to the public and board and staff members will answer questions.
