Lewis-Clark State cross country
Gordon, a senior from Lake City High, earned his first Cascade Conference Runner of the Week honor of the season after finishing 20th in the Cougar Classic in Colfax, Wash., last Friday. Gordon was 20th, the top non-Division I runner in a time of 24 minutes, 26.96 seconds, setting a personal best by 30 seconds. It is his fourth weekly honor, and second in cross country.
Kylie Munday
San Diego volleyball
Munday, a 5-foot-10 freshman setter from Post Falls High, had 45 assists, 19 digs and six blocks for the Toreros in a 24-26, 25-22, 22-25, 6-24, 16-14 win over No. 17 BYU in the San Diego Invitational on Sept. 12 in San Diego. Munday had 32 assists and 20 digs for the Toreros (2-5) in a 25-23, 25-19, 25-23 loss to No. 12 Oregon on Sept. 14. Munday has 225 assists this season.
