Three small subdivisions go before the Flathead County Planning Board on Wednesday.

The board meets at 6 p.m. in the South Campus Building at 40 11th St. W. in Kalispell. Recommendations from the planning board regarding the requests are forwarded to the Flathead County commissioners for final consideration.

Glacier Home Buyers LLC is requesting a preliminary plat to create two residential lots on 10 acres at 124 Glacier Flats Road near Kalispell. The property is not zoned and is undeveloped.

Nicholas and Jessica Milligan and Shawn and April Mahoney are resubmitting a preliminary plat request for Blaine View Subdivision to create two residential lots on 5 acres. Access to the lots would be from Beartrap Extension Road near Lake Blaine.

The subdivision has been resubmitted after preliminary plat approval as changes have been proposed which would affect road layout and access. The applicant is proposing to reduce the length of the subdivision road from 366 feet to 168 feet.

Third on the agenda, JR Eureka Investments LLC is seeking preliminary plat approval of Larch Pines to create seven residential lots on 35.46 acres. The property is located at 314 and 336 Shepherd Trail near Kalispell in the West Valley area.

The property has an existing internal subdivision road but is otherwise undeveloped. The lots would be about 5 acres in size and would be served by individual wells and septic systems.
