A whirlwind schedule this past week for the Superior Lady Bobcats tennis team saw them emerge with a solid trio of unbeaten players, including their top singles and number one doubles team.

This past Tuesday, Superior took on the Hamilton jvs and Anaconda on the road and lost just one individual match. Saturday, the Lady Cats went up against Troy, Philipsburg and Alberton and came away with a 3-3 record in those matches.

Number one singles player, sophomore Josie Crabb, stayed unbeaten on the year after the melee of matches that was this past week.  Also unbeaten for the Lady Cats is singles player Trina Azure, the team’s number two.

The Superior doubles team of Perri Jasper and Cami Quick is also undefeated so far this year, compiling an 8-0 record.

Next up for the Lady Cats (and Alberton) is a trip to Missoula this Thursday (April 24) for the Valley Christian Invitational.

Friday Superior hosts its last home meet of the season in a Senior Day event versus Mission and Simms beginning at noon.
